Initiate Your Request
Log into your SHO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
